When envisioning The Melgrano, we wanted the property to Live harmoniously in its environment but still stand elegantly apart.
In the initial design phase we reduced the building footprint and increased its height. This enabled us to then position the building directly in the middle of its plot. The result is a gated private enclave with a welcoming sense of arrival and the highest consideration for security and privacy.
Reducing the footprint of the Melgrano also allowed us to tilt the property to run along parallel to the canal. This not only optimised the views on the canal, sea, and Dubai skyline but also minimised the presence of the surrounding urban area.
