Grand Ceiling Heights Throughout

In the residences the design has allowed for 3.5m ceiling heights through the whole apartment.

The windows are floor to ceiling, and that the door frames were extended to accentuate the feeling of spaciousness and volume throughout the entirety of the living space.
 

Every effort was made to ensure the ceiling heights through the whole building were maximised. This includes the common areas, the lobby (8m), the residence lounge, and even the residents parking.

The design and architectural team have taken all measures to extend the feeling of grandeur and loftiness through the entirety of The Melgrano.
