The Residents Parking

We have extended that grand sense of arrival through into The Melgrano's luxurious residents parking. 

We maintained the 3m high ceilings and used the same travertine and bronze detailing prevalent in the rest of the building. We also adopted the bespoke flame granite flooring we used for the lobby drop off area and then made sure to close off the ceilings to hide any exposed tubes or piping.

 

The residents parking offers each apartment an electrical vehicle charging unit, generous storage room, and oversized parking bays especially designed for luxury cars. In addition, consideration has been made for drivers' lounge, changing rooms, and showers.
